The goal of Generation Dream is to inspire members of our community to create a more inclusive community as well as serving as an empowering experience for youth performers.  The event features talented youth from throughout central Virginia performing original poems, music and dance pieces. These thought-provoking pieces present a range of subjects, such as critiques of racism and anti-blackness, islamophobia, gun violence, navigating LGBTQ identities, and cultural pieces. Many of the performances are original pieces, inspired by the personal experiences of our performers, making Generation Dream a show unlike any other in Richmond.
