Full-Spectrum Doula Care for Every Body.

I am a trained and experienced English-speaking Full-Spectrum Doula in Berlin, accompanying pregnant people through:

Pregnancy, no matter the outcome, is a deeply transitional and transformative time. As a full-spectrum doula based in Berlin, I offer grounded, non-judgmental support across abortion, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My competencies intersect somatics, reproductive justice, and conflict transformation. I support you not only with information and resources, but in staying connected to your body, your choices, and your timing.

I work with both local and international clients, including English-speaking families navigating care systems in Berlin. I have particular experience supporting structurally diverse, queer, multicultural, and neurodivergent individuals and families.

If you are interested in working together, you are warmly invited to book a free consultation so we can learn more about each other.

Cristina holds space that is deeply caring, lighthearted and beautiful all at the same time. They helped me navigate challenges and vulnerabilities as a queer birther and always provided a safe space for me to explore what that meant. During and after birth, they worked so hard to make sure we had all our personal needs met and kept my husband and I comfortable and cared for, and I’m so grateful to have had their sweet presence at the birth of my baby.

As a doula I trust in your ability, intuition, life experience, and body-knowledge.

I help advocate, create space, and support your choices, needs, and identities with evidence-based information, dance, touch, humor, herbal remedies, sound, somatic practices, active listening and companionship.

Birth Preparation & Accompaniment

Birth is a powerful and often unpredictable experience; the continuous presence of a Birth Doula is an evidence-based benefit, providing physiologic, emotional, and spiritual support throughout your prenatal, birth, and early postpartum.

Highlights of my accompaniment of pregnancy & birth:

  • Somatic and physiological preparation for labor and delivery

  • Emotional and logistical preparation for the transition through birth into parenthood

  • Physical accompaniment throughout labor until the “golden hour” after birth

  • Advocacy and support around your birth goals, desires, and needs within your birthing space

  • Closing ceremony to close the physical and emotional birth experience can include partners, family, and care crew

Honestly, those days when I called her and she came over to my home and I just needed to talk and hardcore vent Cristina didn’t skip a beat and was just like, let it out. And that night I went into labor Cristina was a G. If I hadn’t had them with me I would have had it way worse.

  • Meal prep, light household help, physical comfort measures, and bodywork

  • Logistical support with bureaucracy, family dynamics, and any other life transitions that come with a new baby

Cristina’s warmth, skilled care and intuitive support have been an enormous blessing for our entire family. She cared for our two year old and helped run our household while I was pregnant on strict bed rest for 6 months. She also took care of me, bringing such understanding and grace that she made a very challenging situation so much easier. She is a godsend who’s got your family’s back.
