Move Into Birth is a birth preparation course that prepares you to meet your labour and birth through movement, breath, touch, and vocalising experiences.

You’ll learn to work with your physiology — not against it — during pregnancy, labor, and birth.

Cristina and Sarah will support you to develop a felt sense of what safety, rhythm, and openness feel like in your body. The workshop combines guided somatic practices, short teaching segments, and embodied reflection to help you meet birth with trust, ease, and responsiveness.

Together we’ll explore:

  • Natural pain management tools

  • Hypnobirthing exercises

  • Intuitive movements for optimal baby positioning

  • Stages of labour and birth, and what to expect

  • Partnered touch

  • Tonal vocalizing

Vocalization, Breath-work, Massage, Movement, Hypnobirthing, Intimacy practices,   and more.

Why add somatics to your birth preparation?

  • Nervous‑system first

    • Learn simple vagal‑tone practices—breath, humming, gentle rocking—that shift you into parasympathetic safety on demand. These pocketable tools reduce fear‑reactivity so labor moves with less tension and more progress.

  • Body‑led movement & pelvic mapping

    • Hands‑on movement patterns and pelvic mapping teach you how to create space and encourage optimal fetal rotation. Practical movement cues you can use in pregnancy and labor for greater comfort and smoother descent.

  • Partner‑ready support techniques

    • Short, reliable partner cues—hand placement, voice tone, rhythm, and oxytocin‑boosting touch—give partners clear roles that increase safety, connection, and natural pain relief during birth.
