Join us for a transformative 2-day doula-led antenatal, labour, and birth experiential workshop that integrates the somatics of birth, focusing on the mind-body connection. In this immersive experience, we provide you with practical, embodied and hands-on tools and techniques that support your physical, emotional, and mental well-being throughout labour. You'll explore how to tap into your body's innate wisdom, develop a deeper awareness of sensations, and cultivate confidence in the birthing process. By the end of this workshop, you will feel empowered, grounded, and fully prepared to embrace your baby’s birth with confidence and ease.

Together we’ll explore:
Natural pain management strategies and movements for optimal baby positioning
Somatic practices
Partnered touch
Hypnobirthing breathing exercises
Tonal vocalizing
Instinctual movement
Through somatic exercises and evidence-based information, we will introduce you to the physiological processes of your uterus and pelvis and the innate hormonal phases of labor, with this knowledge you will be deeply prepared for connecting with the natural rhythm and instincts of your birthing body.
Our approach is expansive, supportive, and deeply rooted in our collective expertise as practicing doulas, artists, and bodyworkers. You'll complete the workshop with many practical tools and a deeper understanding of birth, prepared to navigate labor with confidence and trust in your body’s abilities.
The workshop is held by two facilitators together with an assistant. At full capacity there is space for 6 pairs; birthing person + their support person or birthing companion. Pregnant people are welcome to attend solo and receive support for any partnered exercises.
The workshop will be led in English.
